The calendar is a great example of pro-Hamas disinformation. The guy explaining the calendar's significance didn't himself read Arabic and so he misspoke the information he'd been given to put out. The days were marked with X'es not signatures. An extremely minor mistake. But it became A Thing.

The idea that no one in the IDF could read the calendar, they're some kind of Keystone Cops out here, or that they thought no one in the audience would be able to read it, is crazy. The guy was told it was marked every day by guards and thought the words were their names, when they actually used X.
