But, I think that might be of the fact that we live in Brazil, since it's a tropical country, we have a constant temperature of 15 to 30° c nothing too extreme! Just for you to have am idea, we are in the middle of the winter, and I'm sweating with 26°c XD

I just leave there in my kitchen, away from the sun. to be honest, I've never heard about keeping a constant temperature along the process, this is my first time doing it, but my friend who have been doing it for years now, he never worried about the temperature of it. 1/2
