From Feb to Oct 2022, 89 isolates of C. difficile were available for sequencing, which represented 75.4% of all cases. Only four STs were seen in >4 patients, w/ ST2 being the commonest (14 cases, 18.4%). No ST1 C. difficile (associated w/ ribotype 027) was detected 🖥️🧬💻 #AcademicSky#Microsky 🧪🧫🦠
