A thirtysomething Trump judge in Florida just declared qui tam actions, a tool designed to root out government fraud dating back to Reconstruction, unconstitutional. Her name Kathryn Mizelle. She’s the same judge who struck down the travel mask mandate. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

I am 👀 at this language. While the court resisted outright acknowledging forced labor as involuntary servitude, here it is walking riiigghht up to the line of making a 13th Amendment argument for abortion rights, which I would be absolutely here for !!

Seth Miller created NWS Alerts Automated UNOFFICIAL alerts from the U.S. National Weather Service Check out the starter pack and follow your local NWS office. The bot shares *alerts* only. Not forecasts. It took ‪@wandrme.paxex.aero at least 2 days of work to build this. Thank you, Seth! 🙏🏼

Enjoying small-town cultural experiences

White woman in sunglasses throws horns next to a metal statue of an animal skull with a baleful red eye
The side of a shed painted neon green with the word “brat” stenciled on it
A sign at the KWCW radio studio saying “All music and other media found within KWCW shall remain the property of KWCW and for the collective use of ASWC members and other KWCW staff. Violators of this communal zeitgeist will be shot.”
A jumble of… let’s just say outsider art at the Museum of Un-Natural History
