Don't recognize this one. But you may want to check with Bharat Venkat, an anthropologist who runs the Heat Lab at UCLA. He knows everything about current work on extreme heat, particularly for the global south. I don't think he's on Bluesky. But if you DM me I'll send you his email.
Also: plastic bags are a major source of vector-borne disease. When people litter them they collect small pools of water that are ideal breeding sites for Aedes mosquitoes. And incandescent light bulbs are just plain wasteful. All of these restrictions are good things.
