Always been reasonably common with agencies that have more of an offshore focus.

I used to hear it a lot a while ago, but for a while it got replaced by “Aotearoa New Zealand” or “across the motu”. I guess a lot of senior managers who fancy themselves to be “disruptive visionaries” rather than public servants are now reverting to type.
