I would have said it makes you sound like a rational human...
Disappointing, isn't it?
It's the frustrating week or two when I can't talk yet about the two Rick O'Shea Book Club events, the one bookshop Q&A with an author passing through town, the festival panel I'm hosting, or the small role I'll be playing on an RTE Radio 1 panel series in the run up to the end of the year. Soon.
Stravinsky always looks like he's just spotted something, but when you look, there's nothing there, and he says 'Oh, you missed it; that's a shame; it was amazing. A once-in-a-lifetime thing. I guess I'm just special'
Earlier I replied to someone on FB in a post I had done about spaces for artists in Dublin's docklands: "Shame it didn't 30 years ago when buildings all around the dicks were being demolished..." It brought her joy. I'm leaving it.
Yup. Live Rick O'Shea Book Club events are back. Details to follow here when I have them. And here, obviously... www.facebook.com/groups/theri...

All of these. It's the reason I never go to multiplexes anymore apart from media screenings... People in the IFI and Lighthouse are still usually well behaved.
Visited the incredible Straat Museum in Amsterdam's NDSM-werf recently. Posts are too long for here, with too many pictures, but you'll find some incredible work over on the Insta - instagram.com/therickoshea
