just philosophically if there’s no right to bodily autonomy then there are no rights. what could a “right to property” mean in the context of lacking it coherently?

Unfortunately, GOP men believe they have the right to bodily autonomy and women are the property they have rights to.

It’s not an accident that rights to bodily autonomy have generally been found to be under the purview of the 14th Amendment (which extends the right to due process before being deprived of property or liberty to state law).
