I'm thinking the campaign needs to turn the "sick fuck" episode into a joke and rally chant to trigger MAGA. Biden makes of the cuff comments "I understand people call Trump names in private, what was it, 'Sick Duck'?" Then they start using it as a rally chant. MAGA Media would lose it's mind.
