Thank you most kindly Lu. You and Mike have been so kind, thank you. I’m getting ready to cross the Atlantic and I was wondering if you had any advice. I’ve never traveled this far and frankly I’m a little nervous. You have always been the voice of reason and was wondering if you had any tips?

Stay hydrated. Especially when flying. Don’t overdo it for sightseeing. Listen to your body and do what you can do. Mostly just enjoy being with your dear friend. That’s the best part of this long awaited trip.
