I have seen a lot of really ugly stuff on this site in the last month and it’s pretty disheartening

It's also disheartening to see how readily such things are dismissed as "not left". And we wonder how it keeps festering.

I've been a bit nervous the last month but it does seem to just be the same people over and over again.

Sometimes I get whiplash when I realize it's completely anomalous that NYC's population is 10% Jewish and hosts a diaspora of virtually every ethnicity. Like... you mean you don't have Jewish childhood friends? You didn't go to school with Palestinians? People really out here forming opinions, huh
