The problem is how to talk about this game on the scale of 'all 16 bit rpgs' or 'a licensed 16 bit rpg'. On 'should I pick this up, play it, not really caring about Sailor Moon' its definitely a -very- subpar RPG. On the scale of a licensed game though, a lot more effort was put into it than 2/?
