Everyone is talking about the spookyness of the game or it's cold ending, but I think where Rot in Paradise really succeeds is telling a fantastic metaphor for your friends changing and leaving you behind. And how sometimes that's for the best if those changes are making them be cruel to you.

I think the only thing that didn't land for me is Ryan changing at the 11th hour. You always got that one friend who stays behind with you. You know?
