I got sent one of these (or the rx for one of these? I don't remember exactly) out of the blue a couple of years ago, from the hospital system my PCP is attached to. I shrugged and sent it in, since it seemed 9000% better than getting an actual colonoscopy.

I found out from said PCP later on that the hospital had sent them out wholesale to everyone in their system in the correct age bracket who hadn't had one, which he seemed to vaguely disapprove of but not, like, enough to object.
