I visited the Turkish side of Cypress with a group in 2019, and I only just today realized that Mt Olympus is there! Made me wonder if Greeks chose the location for the gods because it was so far away/inaccessible to most... Or were there (also ) reasons for that due more ancient mythology ? ๐ฟ๐ค
