Mostly oven chips - cut into longs then roast with olive oil and salt then catch them when they’re starting to caramelize but before they burn!
(I actually opened the front door and looked out into the rainy night to see it coming in to land - Saturday night entertainment! 🤓 Family thinks I’m bonkers)
