Calling topdown Zelda games "2D" is way outdated but it stems from graphical differences the games had back during the late 90s and 2000s. Topdown Zelda games had sprites and 3D Zelda uses polygons. Nowadays that doesn't fit anymore but people still mean two different distinct Zelda genres.

I'm aware of all this! I just think the level of 3D movement you are doing in this game makes the '2D Zelda' label misleading. LttP had z-axis features, and Links Awakening / the Oracles even had a vertical jump, but they didn't have the kind of elaborate 3D platforming challenges you see here.
