Am I allowed some quibbles? 1. Energy is 73% of long-lived GHG; fossil CO2 is 80%. The "Energy is 40% of emissions" figure is misleading. 2. "Renewables supply 44% of energy" is misleading – usual accounting from MBIE says 30% 3. NZ's annual GHG emissions are 75 Mt, not 75 kt - factor of 1000 out.
