The report fails to state how much money those “sixty people” earn simply stating that the baseline income is £50M. Since this is 1,388 times larger than the average uk salary I think them paying £3B in tax is probably considerably lower than it should be!

This isn't how much tax the richest people pay. It is how much tax is paid by those with the highest taxable incomes. They are very very different things. Most of the Times rich list won't turn up in this at all.
