imo, this ruling is hitting people of means (IVF is expensive, time-consuming, etc so requires resources). Banning abortions primarily impacts those that lack those means (we all know the rich will always get their abortions).
Yup. Making you break laws in everyday life is a classic authoritarian tactic. If everyone is a criminal, the government can throw anyone in jail at will.
