If the SCOTUS agrees that AL legal fights can essentially stay in AL to a point of “exhaustion” then honestly, the is no justice for Alabama. Because we have a corrupt administration, a corrupt justice system, and both will ground plaintiffs down until they give up. Til there is nothing left.

But not going to lie - relying on THIS SCOTUS to tamp down on state rights, even when it’s clearly the right thing under the constitution? I don’t have a lot of hope.
