Hey #kidlitchat. Great topic. I am infact on a MASSIVE time out. Haven't written anything in a long time. I feel guilty but honestly my mental health is not in a place where I can write & I need to listen to my body and rest. Gotta put the oxygen mask on first before I can do other things

I recently took a flight with two young kids. The flight attendants literally walked to me, looked me in the eye, and made sure I knew to put on my own mask first. It was a big “aha” moment to force myself to think about putting on the metaphorical oxygen mask, too! #kidlitchat
