Higurashi at 12 is a big oof also the X manga and the swords :') and the High Tension stabbings too! as a fellow romantic stabbing enjoyer was it a CLAMP influence?

(elfen lied was also way too heavy for my 10yo brain so the reason i never continued isn't so much because of gore (since, X-1999 is there,) but because i didn't understand anything 😭😭)
