I very much agree with everything you wrote—in fact, Miller’s anti-immigrant policies are even scarier than you list—but I’m curious: why are you disillusioned? What are you seeing that is selective/hypocritical? (I’m curious if it’s the same thing I see, or something else.)

Yes it is because there is such a gap between the care they express for people in some places over others. I thought we share a vision for caring for the lives of everyone.

I'm guessing it's because a lot of leftists won't vote for Kamala because of her having no actual policy on stopping Gaza genocide and probably maintaining the status quo (but possibly for other reasons too)
