Let's be honest. Original ones are not that good looking. The bootlegs actually make more sense as toys and the pose is waaaay more game acurrate (1). Not a fan of the new toys either(2), feel off-model. Best possibility would be bootleg molds with game acurrate colors.

This severe lack of actually retro looking Battletoads toys is one of the many reasons I did them the way I did as papertoys with my TaftoCrafto stuff. My whole papertoy thing is pretty much a "I don't have/can't find that toy, might as well make it myself"
