My fourth-favourite English castle is Leeds Castle. It's nowhere near Leeds, as it's actually in Kent. It's set on an island in a lake and has been described as 'the loveliest castle in all the world'. It's currently on sale for a mere £125 million as the lease has expired, grab yourself a bargain!
