I guess the best way I can describe it is a more direct explanation based on the milestone leveling system in 5e. Instead of it being a broad accomplishment, it's an actual moment within the game.

That is the goal

It's predicated on milestone leveling. The difference is it narratively explains what happens when you level up via milestone versus just being the outline for said level up. I like to tell a story and usually I hang around people who enjoy the same.
