For 3 years prior to Covid era , I worked most of my time in IT support from home - I’d log on at 7 am most mornings. Coffee breaks taken at my desk, lunch would be half an hour , and often won’t log off until early evening. NEVER skived off work for leisure time for myself. Story is lazy, crap.
