I aim for a w/c around 50k in total, and around thirty chapters, so I have a target of around 1600 words per chapter. Some come in a little more, some a little less. I definitely aim for more than 1300 and less than 2k, so my range is around 600 words, and hopefully lower after editing. #MiddleGrade
