I always talk about The Dutch Clinic as basically being like the uk gic system but it actually works. But even when it doesnt let people rot on waiting lists the pathologising and objectifying and denial of agency still make this cis led trans care cruel and damaging

But you cant really criticise any trans healthcare provider that DOES give the access to transition albeit in a cruel dehumanising way, because the cis will just use any critique to stop transition
