One of my pt’s motto is Motion is Lotion

I'm a little sour on PT because the orthopedic surgeon put me through 18 months of PT with what turned out to be a failed meniscus repair (after refusing to believe there was an issue for 2 months before the repair surgery). So now I don't trust PT & feel the MDs ignore me & rely only on tests 🤨
