If humans could fly, I think some of us would. But it probably takes the same amount of energy as running. So realistically, I think most of us would end up like pigeons & loiter outside of convenience stores instead of flying across the country.
That‘s a new perspective. Not so eager to fly anymore 😅
As a runner and cyclist, I’m gladdened by this thought. I’ll imagine I’m flying the next time I run, and that will make it suck a lot less!😌
Christopher Walken story. He once asked Jay Mohr which he would choose between flying and having a tail. Walken's choice was to have a tail. "Because then people could tell if you were happy or sad."
I guess it would depend on the energy exertion then because if I could I would never touch the ground like Black Adam: touching the ground is for losers

There are a nonzero amount of birds that just are like yeah I'm fine I don't need to. Usually farm birds
