I would surmise any additional bonuses, like those life support options, etc. I know in PF2e anything that would give an AC penalty always call it out, when the "everything" penalties of frightened and sickened. But I'm less familiar with SF2e than PF2e but a landslide.

It's the weird interaction with the tech keyword. Armors can have the tech keyword meaning that they have generally life support modding options or electricity built into them. However some are layered metal and plastic, how the hell is glitching going to affect them? Any modules built in sure but..
