My RAD from foster care shook out NPDish, I think. It's not fun; I don't think it's the worst? Rejection sensitivity looks more painful, from the outside. I make consistent rules for my own behavior, & built habits for giving myself love w/o controlling others' behavior. Helped a lot.

Tangent: I've heard better HRT stories from my ๐ฌ๐ง postmenopausal friends than ๐บ๐ธ. Bunch of PCPs here think menopause is no big deal and have a risk model of estrogen from before bioidenticals.
