Not sure how this compares to the variance this project needs, but Cincinnati's new "Connected Communities" plan allows affordable housing to get one extra story compared to the regular zoning allowance.

Hmm, I will have to look into that. Does "1 extra story" mean both a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) bonus, a height bonus, & a reduction in Minimum Lot Area (MLA)?
