A common thing I hear europeans say about American culture is that we're more prone to talking to random strangers and making friends and aquiatences quickly. If that's true, I love that about my country.

IDK why they call Flordia "the sunshine state." It's gray and rainy almost half the time, and it changes frequently. California gets way more sun than here and much more consistently. You gotta go down to Miami to get anywhere near as much sun.
I don't know how we can scream about how free our country is when innocent people can be forced out of their lives and put on death row. If we can't guarantee %100 certainty of guilt for all, then the death penalty should be done away with.
It was only 3 years ago since I moved from California to Flordia, but it feels like forever ago. California life feels like the distant past. I miss it.
