Hold on, I meant that it started as a joke for him but he clearly signed something halfway through and then acted like it was non-binding, because from my understanding the transference of ownership was a whole thing that twitter had to sort through and he was acting like it was always just a joke

i thought it was the board's decision and they couldn't back out due to fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders to accept it or something like that?
