Books? Try everything. For every one package I get from them that is decently, if not excessively, packaged I get 4 packages that are literally bouncing around in the box. I have gotten multiple packages of computer parts like that and they have sometimes been damaged upon arrival.

Another time with a different book, thankfully it was wrapped in plastic from the printers, was covered in greasy peanut butter finger prints. I was like wtfh, what if that went to someone with a peanut allergy???

Yea, that sounds about right. :') I ordered a PC case once and the plastic parts were smashed to bits when I got it cause they shipped it in just it's manufacture box, which had little to no padding.
