My process usually starts with just throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing what feels good. Some of these sketches are from a few years back at this point, but they still convey the mood pretty well.
The every beginners choice. What weapon to use. Tried a different style, but it was quite time-consuming since I wasn't used to it, and lost motivation. Classic.
The End of the Game -Monster special. Never got around to finishing these. But if I end up doing that, I will start with that Fatalis piece. The mood in that is just perfect.
Zinogre has also proven to be a pretty painful experience, I just can't get the poses right, so every piece with the Thunder dog just gets left to rot.
I realized, that I might clutter the MHart and MonsterHunter tags with my abandoned WIP:s, so I think I'll refrain from using any tags lol
The Yamatsu Special. I've tried to make a piece with Yama at the focus, but that has proven to be quite the challenge for me
