Also I am 29 and at my big age I’m only now realizing that I’m not responsible for the way other ppl feel. (I’m not saying this as in I can be rude or mean whenever I want, but in a way where I don’t need to be the “fixer” and fix everyone’s problems and feelings)

I think one of the worse things about being a ppl pleaser is when you finally try to say no or place a boundary, and ppl still dismiss you or don’t take you seriously.
