Not surprisingly, this has been AOUSC's response to a lot. E.g. if pro ses can use CM/ECF then what if they file something defamatory or long or graphic or improperly captioned or …😱 Which would be a change attributable to CM/ECF… how? 🧐 Maybe "prior restraint on speech by a disfavored class"?
