It's not about planning. We learn, we act, we learn, we act etc. It's an ongoing process. There is no "that first version with just enough features ... ". It doesn't actually exist because every version we show for feedback with be "just enough" to learn more to get to the next iteration. /1

At some point we can decide we've gotten to a point where we can go to market with a limited focus etc. but we know without question it is still deficient & that we've still got a lot of work to do to build out a full use case etc. So if that's MVP, that's fine, but that's always been called V1. 😀
