I was listening to a podcast with Roger Martin. He used the term "Minimum Viable Manifestation" to describe a large experiment to learn & decide if something is worth investing in further. That makes sense to me. But it's an experiment, not a product. podcasts.apple.com/ca/podcast/w...

Still, you front-load the remaining (potentially existential) risks in the first iteration of the product.
