my five star book review This is such a superb cozy crime storyline by Louise Marley, which kept me guessing the identity of the murderer, and kept me up late reading into the evening. It was great to meet up with all the characters in this second book in the series by Louise and really didn’t want to reach it’s final page. There are lots of secrets unearthed, as events from the past come back to haunt individuals, with suspicions being made as events escalate. I really enjoyed the gothic somewhat spooky atmosphere of the village and its inhabitants which are interwoven so wonderfully.
