Water instead of milk and shortening instead of lard. Da crust were still soft, but not as soft as if done wif milk. It fluffy and springy but not as sweet as I would like so might add monkfruit cuz adding moar sugar might ofur feed da yeast too early and bread will collapse. --Loki💛😸
