And I think that's wonderful! And surely it's not uncommon. Especially if the pleasure of doing something is the thing itself. The sensations of eating a good meal, for example, or of seeing a work of art or a sunset, or how it feels in the body to go for a walk or do something physically active.

There certainly are things that I do by myself that I find enjoyable. Reading is one of the main ones. It's a pretty solitary activity, even when I'm in the same room as someone else who is reading.
