They can't, the MPs don't care abt constituents after they gain power. Also it has been abt 3 months since the election in the UK and the new government are refusing to select a petitions council denying the public the ability to petition the government by the means they legally have to listen to.

Well, they can email their MP but I've never seen any report of that achieving anything beyond getting a condescending pat on the head response. The UK system is designed to disempower the voter and it's only getting worse since the prior government practically criminalized protest.
