I think ultimately the Elon blue checks are (thankfully) MUCH smaller in number than casual IG users, which is the userbase of threads.

One may dream. I dread the day when Bluesky opens up, and the Angry People are flooding in. I hope things go different here, this time. Wishing the same to the Threads folks. For now, I just enjoy the cool fresh breeze of just talking about what we enjoy. Cheers from Germany!
