Tried to watch that 4 hour video about Star Trek Picard and had enough a little under an hour in. They went into their current career at least partially because of Star Trek? Nice. All Star Trek movies are bad in their eyes. Arguable from one angle but a red flag. Trek was always happy and hopeful.

I'm guessing they didn't enjoy DS9 as there was a mention of Voyager but DS9 readily explored the snakes hidden within a seeming paradise. Its easy to be a Saint in paradise but the Maquis don't live in paradise. Out there in the DMZ all the problems haven't been solved yet. There are no saints.
