She's a bit of a legend. Baked 5 cakes for my big lesbian wedding this year also. It's amazing what people can grow to understand when they face the world with kindness and respect as opposed to closed-mindedness.
she sounds amazing. I remember my ex's Irish mam & how open-minded she was, talking about the "fecking church" & how ashamed she was of its stances on queerness & not kicking paedos out, though she still held v strong Catholic beliefs
